About This Job Family

People in this job family own the customer relationship after the deal closes. They drive adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure customers get value. Success means renewals, upsells, and customers who advocate for your product.

What You'll Do

Mid-Market Account Managers handle a larger portfolio of accounts with moderate contract values. They balance relationship depth with efficiency, managing 30-50 accounts with deal sizes that require both attention and process discipline. Success means strong retention rates, consistent expansion, and efficient account coverage.

  • Manage accounts with process discipline
  • Execute renewal playbooks for assigned accounts
  • Build relationships with primary stakeholders
  • Identify expansion signals in portfolio
  • Monitor account health metrics proactively
  • Coordinate with CS on adoption activities
