About This Job Family

What You'll Do

Business Intelligence Analysts build the data infrastructure that enables organizational decision-making. They design dashboards, create self-service reporting, and democratize data access. Their work ensures that decision-makers across the organization have the insights they need, when they need them.

  • Define BI strategy and self-service roadmap
  • Set standards for BI development practices
  • Lead complex BI transformation initiatives
  • Drive BI best practice adoption
  • Shape BI practices organization-wide
  • Represent BI in data planning
