What You'll Do
Internal communications professionals shape how the company talks to its own people. They manage employee newsletters, town halls, change management messaging, and culture narratives that keep the workforce aligned, informed, and engaged.
- • Lead communications planning for organizational changes and initiatives
- • Manage content strategy for intranet and digital employee channels
- • Mentor junior staff on writing for internal audiences and tone
- • Design improvements to town hall formats and employee engagement tactics
- • Coordinate with HR and leadership on sensitive employee messaging
- • Build relationships with department leaders for communications partnership
