About This Job Family
People in this job family ensure customers achieve their goals with the product. They onboard new customers, drive adoption, and intervene before customers churn. Their success is measured in retention, expansion, and customer health scores.
What You'll Do
Customer Success Operations professionals build and optimize the systems, processes, and analytics that enable CS effectiveness. They ensure data quality, health scoring, and performance measurement. Success means a CS organization that operates efficiently and drives predictable retention.
- • Support CS ops with guidance from leadership
