About This Job Family

What You'll Do

Scale/Digital Customer Success professionals drive success for high-volume customer segments through automation, self-service, and one-to-many programs. They build scalable motions that deliver value without 1:1 relationships. Success means efficient customer outcomes at scale.

  • Serve as the company's foremost expert in scale and digital CS methodology
  • Define the strategic framework for efficient customer success at scale
  • Establish thought leadership in digital CS and automated customer engagement
  • Architect innovative approaches for scalable customer value realization
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on scale CS strategic initiatives
  • Shape digital CS culture through expertise and best practices
