What You'll Do

Finance Procurement professionals focus on the financial aspects of purchasing and vendor management. They analyze spend, negotiate payment terms, and ensure purchasing decisions are financially sound. Success means optimized spend and strong financial controls over purchasing.

  • Build organization-wide procurement financial strategy
  • Define procurement finance aligned with cost objectives
  • Shape the culture of financial discipline in purchasing
  • Establish operating frameworks for major vendor decisions
  • Build executive presentations on spend optimization
  • Define the multi-year roadmap for procurement finance
