What You'll Do

Corporate Counsel provide legal guidance on corporate matters including governance, M&A, securities, and general corporate law. They advise leadership on legal strategy and protect the organization's interests. Success means sound legal guidance that enables business objectives.

  • Own corporate legal matters for business areas
  • Lead M&A due diligence and integration
  • Design governance frameworks and policies
  • Mentor legal staff on corporate transactions
  • Define quality standards for corporate work
  • Architect approaches to complex corporate matters
