What You'll Do

Process Excellence professionals optimize how work gets done. They map processes, identify inefficiencies, design improvements, and ensure changes stick. Success means processes that are faster, cheaper, and more reliable while maintaining quality.

  • Own process analysis and documentation for assigned areas
  • Build process performance dashboards and metrics
  • Develop process maps with timing and handoff analysis
  • Write process improvement recommendations
  • Conduct process stakeholder interviews
  • Identify root causes of process inefficiencies
