What You'll Do
Mid-Market Sales professionals target growing companies with significant but faster-moving deals. They balance volume with complexity, typically managing 20-50 accounts with deal sizes in the $50K-$500K range. Success requires efficiency, qualification discipline, and the ability to build value quickly.
- • Consistently hit quarterly quota with efficient deal execution
- • Manage 30-50 accounts with strategic prioritization
- • Build relationships with VP-level decision makers
- • Handle competitive situations and objection management
- • Optimize sales process for faster deal velocity
- • Partner with Customer Success on customer transitions
