About This Job Family

People in this job family bridge the gap between sales and technical delivery. They demo products, architect solutions, and prove that the product can solve the customer's specific problem. They're technical enough to go deep and commercial enough to close.

What You'll Do

Strategic Solutions Engineers focus on the largest, most complex customer engagements. They work on deals and implementations that span multiple products, require custom architectures, and involve C-level stakeholders. Success means winning and delivering transformational projects that become flagship references.

  • Support strategic deals with technical guidance
  • Design solution components for complex architectures
  • Present technical content to senior stakeholders
  • Execute workstreams on strategic POCs
  • Build relationships with customer technical teams
  • Contribute to strategic deal documentation
