What You'll Do
Business Unit Strategists focus on strategy for a specific division, product line, or geographic region. They work closely with business unit leadership to define competitive positioning, drive growth initiatives, and optimize unit performance within the broader corporate context.
- • Drive strategic initiatives that change unit direction
- • Define the analytical approach for unit strategic planning
- • Mentor team members on business unit strategy methods
- • Lead cross-functional unit initiatives with significant impact
- • Present unit strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- • Build trusted advisor relationships with unit general managers
