About This Job Family

What You'll Do

Renewals Managers specialize in driving on-time renewals with maximum retention. They manage the renewal process from early outreach through signature, negotiating terms and overcoming objections. Success means high renewal rates, minimal churn, and renewals that close before expiration.

  • Serve as the company's foremost expert in renewals methodology
  • Define the strategic framework for maximizing customer retention
  • Establish thought leadership in renewal optimization and churn prevention
  • Architect innovative approaches for complex retention scenarios
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on retention strategic initiatives
  • Shape renewals culture through expertise and best practices
