About This Job Family
People in this job family build relationships that create new business opportunities—partnerships, integrations, channels, and strategic alliances. They find the deals that wouldn't happen through normal sales motions and structure the agreements that make them work.
What You'll Do
Corporate Development professionals drive inorganic growth through M&A, investments, and strategic transactions. They identify targets, conduct due diligence, negotiate deals, and manage integration. Success means transactions that create strategic value and integrate successfully.
- • Manage transactions with leadership guidance
- • Lead due diligence across workstreams
- • Build executive relationships with targets
- • Develop complex deal structures and terms
- • Coordinate integration planning activities
- • Train junior analysts on deal execution
