What You'll Do
Sales Training professionals develop the selling skills that drive revenue. They design programs that improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement. Success means sales teams that consistently hit their numbers.
- • Own sales training for segments or regions
- • Lead comprehensive sales onboarding programs
- • Design sales certification and competency frameworks
- • Mentor trainers on sales methodology
- • Define quality standards for sales training
- • Architect approaches to sales skill development

Manage a Team?
