What You'll Do

Employment Law attorneys advise on the full spectrum of employment matters from hiring to termination. They ensure HR practices comply with labor laws, manage disputes, and protect the organization from employment claims. Success means compliant employment practices that minimize litigation risk.

  • Lead workplace investigations and resolutions
  • Ensure employment practices comply with law
  • Mentor junior staff on employment analysis
  • Design policy frameworks for employment issues
  • Coordinate with HR on complex matters
  • Build trusted relationships with HR partners
