What You'll Do
eDiscovery & Information Governance professionals own how organizations find, preserve, and produce electronically stored information (ESI) when litigation, investigation, or regulation demands it -- and how they prevent the data sprawl that makes that expensive in the first place. They run legal holds and custodian notification workflows, administer eDiscovery platforms (Relativity-class review tools), lead discovery response during incident-response and post-breach investigations, and design the retention and data-minimization frameworks that keep information governance ahead of the next matter. Success means litigation-ready data, defensible preservation, and a discovery program Fortune 100 clients trust under deposition.
- • Define the future of eDiscovery and information governance as a strategic risk function
- • Lead industry-shaping initiatives in legal technology and discovery innovation
- • Serve as a peer to the General Counsel in driving enterprise litigation readiness
- • Set global standards for information governance excellence across the enterprise
- • Drive board-level strategy on discovery risk and data minimization investment
- • Build and lead a world-class eDiscovery and information governance organization
