About This Job Family
People in this job family own the 'what' and 'why' of products—defining vision, prioritizing roadmaps, and translating customer needs into features that drive business outcomes. Product management is an inherently inbound function: PMs synthesize customer discovery, user research, market signals, and usage data to determine what to build. They work at the intersection of engineering, design, and go-to-market, balancing competing demands while keeping teams aligned on what matters most.
What You'll Do
Product Operations Managers build the infrastructure that makes product teams effective. They own the systems, processes, and tools that enable PMs to do their best work—from roadmap tooling to customer feedback pipelines to launch playbooks. Success means shipping operational capabilities that reduce friction and increase PM leverage.
- • Learn product development processes and PM workflows
- • Document existing processes and identify pain points
- • Support tooling setup and onboarding programs
- • Build foundational knowledge of product analytics infrastructure
- • Participate in process improvement discussions
- • Write first-draft process documentation under mentorship
