About This Job Family
People in this job family bridge the gap between sales and technical delivery. They demo products, architect solutions, and prove that the product can solve the customer's specific problem. They're technical enough to go deep and commercial enough to close.
What You'll Do
Presales Solutions Engineers support the sales process by demonstrating product value, conducting technical discovery, and ensuring solution fit. They partner with Account Executives on opportunities, translating customer requirements into winning proposals. Success means deals that close with confident customers who understand what they're buying.
