About This Job Family

People in this job family bridge the gap between sales and technical delivery. They demo products, architect solutions, and prove that the product can solve the customer's specific problem. They're technical enough to go deep and commercial enough to close.

What You'll Do

Presales Solutions Engineers support the sales process by demonstrating product value, conducting technical discovery, and ensuring solution fit. They partner with Account Executives on opportunities, translating customer requirements into winning proposals. Success means deals that close with confident customers who understand what they're buying.

  • Learn presales fundamentals and product capabilities
  • Shadow senior SEs on discovery calls and demos
  • Build and maintain demo environments
  • Document customer requirements and use cases
  • Support proof of concept setup and logistics
  • Develop deep product and technical knowledge
