What You'll Do
Customer Engineers provide ongoing technical expertise to customers after implementation. They serve as trusted technical advisors, helping customers optimize their use of the product, solve technical challenges, and plan for the future. Success means customers who maximize product value through deep technical partnership.
- • Learn customer engineering fundamentals and product architecture
- • Support senior engineers on customer technical reviews
- • Document customer environments and configurations
- • Assist with technical issue triage and resolution
- • Build knowledge of customer use cases and patterns
- • Participate in customer calls with guidance
