About This Job Family

People in this job family own the customer relationship after the deal closes. They drive adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure customers get value. Success means renewals, upsells, and customers who advocate for your product.

What You'll Do

Enterprise Account Managers own relationships with the largest customers—managing renewals, driving expansion, and ensuring executive alignment. They navigate complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and large contract values. Success means high retention, significant expansion, and customers who serve as references and advocates.

  • Lead strategic enterprise accounts and mentor others
  • Build executive relationships across customer organizations
  • Develop creative expansion strategies
  • Create account management playbooks and frameworks
  • Influence pricing and packaging for enterprise
  • Train junior AMs on enterprise engagement
