About This Job Family
People in this job family own the customer relationship after the deal closes. They drive adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure customers get value. Success means renewals, upsells, and customers who advocate for your product.
What You'll Do
Enterprise Account Managers own relationships with the largest customers—managing renewals, driving expansion, and ensuring executive alignment. They navigate complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and large contract values. Success means high retention, significant expansion, and customers who serve as references and advocates.
- • Own enterprise account strategy and planning
- • Build organizational structure for enterprise AM scale

- • Establish executive relationships with top accounts
- • Drive alignment across revenue functions
- • Represent enterprise accounts in executive forums
