What You'll Do
Technical Writers create the documentation that developers and users rely on to understand, integrate, and troubleshoot products. They translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured content—API references, developer guides, knowledge bases, and product documentation. Their work sits at the intersection of engineering and communication, requiring deep product understanding and the ability to write for technical audiences.
- • Set documentation strategy across all product lines and developer touchpoints
- • Align technical publications with overall product and developer relations goals
- • Build hiring and development programs for technical writing and content engineering
- • Define competitive documentation positioning against industry leaders
- • Shape company-wide knowledge management operating model
- • Lead documentation planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
