About This Job Family

What You'll Do
Technical Writers create the documentation that developers and users rely on to understand, integrate, and troubleshoot products. They translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured content—API references, developer guides, knowledge bases, and product documentation. Their work sits at the intersection of engineering and communication, requiring deep product understanding and the ability to write for technical audiences.
- • Shape company documentation strategy and developer knowledge vision
- • Represent technical publications in executive and board discussions
- • Define multi-year documentation vision and content platform roadmap
- • Build industry partnerships and thought leadership in technical communication
- • Lead documentation strategy through major platform and product transitions
