About This Job Family
People in this job family bridge the gap between sales and technical delivery. They demo products, architect solutions, and prove that the product can solve the customer's specific problem. They're technical enough to go deep and commercial enough to close.
What You'll Do
Postsales Solutions Engineers ensure successful implementations after deals close. They design solutions, guide implementations, and ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes. Unlike Customer Success which focuses on relationships, they focus on technical execution. Success means implementations that go live on time and deliver expected value.
- • Serve as the company's foremost expert in implementation methodology
- • Define the strategic framework for delivery excellence and efficiency
- • Establish thought leadership in implementation architecture
- • Architect innovative approaches for complex customer deployments
- • Drive cross-functional alignment on implementation strategic initiatives
- • Shape implementation culture through expertise and best practices

Manage a Team?

- • Remove blockers—fight for product access, demo environments, and sales alignment
