What You'll Do

Legal Operations professionals are the architects of how legal departments actually work. They sit at the intersection of law, technology, and business process — designing intake workflows, implementing contract lifecycle management platforms, optimizing outside counsel spend, and building the analytics that transform legal from a cost center into a strategic function. Legal Ops professionals aren't practicing law; they're making legal departments run like well-oiled machines.

  • Define enterprise-wide legal operations vision spanning multiple business units
  • Lead digital transformation of the legal function including AI strategy
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CLO on operational efficiency and innovation
  • Design and manage legal shared services or center-of-excellence models
  • Drive M&A integration playbooks for legal operations and technology harmonization
  • Represent the organization in legal operations industry forums (CLOC, ACC)
